Upon coming across this hilarious story out of Tokyo, two questions immediately came to mind:
- Can we not get some guns for the Tokyo cops? Seriously. A security force armed with fishing nets wouldn’t even intimidate me, and I get the flop-sweats if a police cruiser so much as passes me on the interstate.
- What the hell is Billy Corgan doing in Japan, and why is he claiming to be a British Spaniard?
